To measure your wrist size accurately:

  • Use a soft measuring tape around the thinnest part of your wrist, ensuring it's neither too tight nor too loose.

  • If you don’t have a soft measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or thin wire and measure it against a ruler.

  • If you're unsure, feel free to take a photo and send it to us for assistance.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

  • E-wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Local bank transfer (Hong Kong and Macau): FPS/Easy Pay

3. Are your crystals and raw stones natural?
Yes, all of our crystals and raw stones are 100% natural, sourced from high-quality mines. We do not use synthetic crystals, dyes, or low-grade treatments, ensuring that you receive only the purest stones.

4. Why do the sizes of the beads or stones seem slightly different?
Since each crystal and raw stone is hand-cut and polished, slight variations in size, shape, and texture are normal. These natural variations enhance the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.


Shipping & Delivery

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, regardless of whether the order is domestic or international.

2. What countries do you ship to, and how much does shipping cost?
We offer worldwide shipping, and all orders come with free shipping.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.


Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-Day Worry-Free Appreciation Period, allowing you to return or exchange unused, unopened products within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges for products returned within 7 days, provided they are unused and unopened. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or broken?
We’re sorry if your item arrives damaged! Please contact our customer service team at support@cosmavon.com within 72 hours of receiving your order, and include a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed very quickly, so please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the order is in transit, we cannot cancel it, but we can assist you with a return once you receive your items.


Crystal Quality & Care

1. Do your crystals have any imperfections?
Crystals are natural formations, and each one may feature unique characteristics like "mineral inclusions," "flat surfaces," "ice cracks," or "cloud formations." These are signs of the stone’s authenticity and natural origins, and they do not indicate defects.

2. How do I care for my crystals and raw stones?
To keep your crystals vibrant, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or prolonged sunlight. We recommend cleansing your crystals regularly to maintain their energetic properties. Each piece may come with specific care instructions, depending on the type of crystal or stone.


After-Sales Service

1. What is the Lifetime Elastic Cord Warranty?
All products purchased from Cosmavon that include an elastic cord are covered by our Lifetime Elastic Cord Warranty. This includes free cord replacement for the life of the product, although customers are responsible for shipping costs.

2. What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-Day Worry-Free Appreciation Period. You may exchange or return unused, unopened products for a refund or replacement within seven days of receiving your order.
