Looking to Exchange or Return?
It’s really simple! Just have your order number and shipping zip code ready. You’ll find your order number in your Cosmavon Order Confirmation email or Packing Slip. Once you have that, you're all set to go!
Our Exchange & Return Policy
We’re confident you’ll love your purchase from Cosmavon, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days from the shipping date. Here's how it works:

Returns:
You can return unused, unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.-
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, we will gladly accommodate you within 7 days of receipt. No restocking fee is required, but return shipping costs will apply.-
Please ensure the item is in its original, unused, and unopened condition for the exchange to be processed.

International Orders:
Unfortunately, items purchased outside of the United States may not be eligible for return or exchange due to customs and shipping regulations.
